A Healthy Work/Life Balance

Employee benefits – fresh&easy offers an extensive benefits package, even to its part-time employees who work 20 hours a week or more. We know, however, that it’s not always easy to find time around your work schedule to volunteer. Rewards – We offer a unique and generous employee rewards programs with our Staff Rewards Card. The rewards card allows employees to earn points for shopping at fresh&easy stores, which they can later convert to cash.
