How did you get started at fresh&easy?

I got started with Fresh & Easy by going to a job fair.

What does a day in the life of a Team Lead look like?

The life of a team lead is very productive and busy. I work shoulder-to-shoulder with the customer assistants and assist the store manager with any duties. A team lead is the backbone of the store and the glue between the store manager and customers assistant.

What do you think is the most challenging aspect of your job?

The most challenging part to my job is the balancing everything: the balance between working with the customers, customers assistant, and working with my store manager.

Why do you love working at fresh&easy?

One thing I love about working at Fresh & Easy is that I’m given the opportunity to grow as much as I want to grow. They are supportive and they don’t judge!

What fresh&easy foods do you crave?

I crave Fresh & Easy’s Honey Braided Pretzels. The mixture between sweet and salty is just great!

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done (that you can share on your employer’s blog)?

The craziest thing I have done is wait hours to get San Diego Charger players’ autographs!

What’s on your iPod or DVR?

The things that you will find on my iPod will be ACDC, Metallica, Guns & Roses, Tupac, Bone Thugs, and Rancheras!!

What’s an interesting or little known fact about you?

One thing that is very interesting is that on my free time I help my brother train for football. I played football and now my brother is playing and I am very proud of him and happy to support him!
