How did you get started at fresh&easy?
I was hired during the start up/construction phase to manage the maintenance functions at the Riverside Distribution Center

What does a day in the life of a Maintenance Manager look like?
Usually busy! It’s a balancing act between making sure that all the scheduled preventative maintenance gets completed on time while also ensuring that all equipment is up and running on a daily basis.

What do you think is the most challenging aspect of your job?
The most challenging part of my job is balancing the equipment up-time and labor and materials budget.
