What does a day in the life of a Team Lead look like?
My day is training, training, and more training. I ensure that all customer assistants learn how to run one of our Fresh & Easy stores.

What do you think is the most challenging aspect of your job?
My challenge is having to clock out and leave work. I love my job!

Why do you love working at fresh&easy?
I love it here because of how I am treated by my authority figures, the leadership team here. This company truly cares about their employees.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done (that you can share on your employer’s blog)?
On a crazy idea I grabbed by girlfriend, took her to Vegas and we got married. BEST decision I have ever made.

What’s an interesting or little known fact about you?
I played professional soccer in England for the Arsenal Reserves when I was 19. Liverpool is my new second favorite team- woot Arsenal!
