What does a day in the life of a replenishment analyst look like?
My role mainly involves forecasting sales and mitigating waste. We also prepare supply for promotions, smooth out issues with stores and suppliers, and constantly look to streamline the process. Inevitably we talk about food a lot, and then I get hungry…

What do you think is the most challenging aspect of your job?
Predicting the shopping activities of our free-spirited shoppers.

The people are cool and I occasionally get free tasters. So mainly the tasters…

On the beach playing volleyball.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done (that you can share on your employer’s blog)?
Probably bungee jumping from a 440ft high cable car in New Zealand.
