My role mainly involves forecasting sales and mitigating waste. We also prepare supply for promotions, smooth out issues with stores and suppliers, and constantly look to streamline the process. Inevitably we talk about food a lot, and then I get hungry…

Probably bungee jumping from a 440ft high cable car in New Zealand.
